Return Policy

REFUND POLICY
Our policy is valid for a period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of seven (7) calendar days has lapsed, we cannot offer you a refund.
REFUND REQUIREMENTS
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected upon receipt at William Marvy Company, Inc. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
Barber poles have a 1-year limited warranty. Please contact William Marvy Company, Inc. for further information.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
To complete your refund, a William Marvy Company, Inc. website order number must be provided.
RETURN SHIPPING
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be processed without a valid RMA number.

You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Please take care to ensure the returned items are properly packages so they will not be damaged in transit. If the product is damaged in return transit, we may reject a refund.
